Deposits and cancellation policy

Consultation appointments

A fully refundable deposit of £39 is required when booking a consultation.

If you need to cancel or rearrange your appointment, please contact us at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Where the required notice is not provided, the £39 deposit may be retained by the clinic.

The deposit may be refunded in accordance with our cancellation policy, or, where applicable, applied towards the cost of treatment or products purchased.

Single treatments and consultations

A £39 deposit is required when booking a single treatment or consultation. The deposit will be deducted from the total cost of your consultation or treatment when you attend.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, you must provide at least 24 hours notice. Failure to provide the required notice may result in the deposit being retained by the clinic.

This policy enables us to manage appointment availability effectively and offer cancelled appointments to other patients.

Appointments, cancellations and late arrivals

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible on 020 3404 8516.

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel or rearrange an appointment. If you do not provide the required notice, the clinic reserves the right to retain your deposit or, where applicable, deduct the treatment from your treatment or value package.

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled appointment to allow sufficient time to complete any required forms and pre-treatment information.

If you arrive late, your treatment time may need to be reduced, or the appointment may need to be cancelled.

In such circumstances, the appointment may be treated as a missed appointment and the applicable deposit or treatment entitlement may be forfeited.

We will make every reasonable effort to ensure that appointments run according to schedule. However, there may be occasions when we need to delay, rearrange or cancel an appointment due to circumstances beyond our control. Where possible, we will contact you as soon as we are aware of any changes.

Failure to comply with our appointment or clinic guidelines may result in cancellation of your appointment, a reduction in treatment time, or additional charges where applicable.

Children accompanying patients

If you are receiving treatment and need to bring a child with you, another responsible adult must accompany you and remain responsible for supervising the child while you are being treated.

Children must not be left unattended anywhere within the clinic.

If an appropriate adult is not available to supervise a child, we may need to cancel or rearrange the appointment. In these circumstances, the applicable deposit or treatment entitlement may be forfeited.

Payment, deposits and card details

A deposit is required to secure an appointment with Dental Now.

For appointments with our clinicians, a £39 deposit will normally be taken at the time of booking. The deposit is held against the appointment and, where applicable, will be deducted from the cost of treatment or refunded in accordance with our cancellation policy.

Where card details are requested for booking purposes, these details may be used in accordance with our payment and cancellation terms. We will not retain or use payment information other than as permitted by applicable law and our privacy policy.
